Day 01: HANOI- DUONG LAM - BAN HOC - NGHIA LO (… / L / D) 200km
Leaving Hanoi to thDuongLam village (Mong Phu), one of the few villages that still preserve its traditional appearance of the Red River Delta inhabitants, the birthplace of Viet civilization (Kinh), and known by its houses dating from 100 to 300 years. After lunch we then take Highway No. 32 and coming into a hilly landscape increasingly covered with tea plantations. Road continuation to the village of Ban Hoc, near the source of thermal hot water. Overnight in Nghia Lo hotel.
Day 02: BAN HOC - NGA BA KIM - LA PAN TAN – DE XU PHINH - MU CANG CHAI (B / L / D) 100km:
Breakfast, drive to Ngabakim, passing the village of Tu, a climb up to 2000 m for panoramic views of a large rice field surface terraces. Lunch at Mr Quynh. Afternoon, an 1 hour walk to the waterfall, visiting a H'mong village and the beautiful rice fields of De Xu Phinh. Continue to route the municipality of La Pan Tan, a light trekking through beautiful rice terraces fields. Road to MuCangChai, through beautiful landscapes along the road Op 01: Dinner and overnight at the inhabitant of White Thai.Op 02: Dinner and overnight at Suoi Mo hotel.
Day 03: MUCANGCHAI - BACHA (B / L / D) 180km:
Breakfast, of Mu Cang Chai passing Bac Ha, through the wild landscapes and terraced rice fields. Visit a illage road course Thai lunch at PhoRang. Arrive in Bac Ha. In the afternoon, walk in the surrounding BacHa to visit the village of Flower H'mongOp 01: Dinner and overnight homestay Hmong flower.
Op 02: Overnight at Cong Fu hotel.
Breakfast. Opportunity to visit an ethnic markets in the region that forms in the morning of a weekday (Bacha and Hoangsuphi / Sunday; Cancau / Saturday). Departure from Bac Ha to Coc Pai and Hoang Su Phi passing beautiful scenery. Lunch in Hoang Su Phi. After lunch, departure to commune Luoc. 2 hours of foot walk to visit villages of Dao Ao Dai (long dress) and beautiful rice terraces. Dinner and overnight at BanLuoc village.
Day 05 BANLUOC - NAMDICH - THONGNGUYEN - NAMHONG (B / L / D) 70km:
Breakfast. Departure by bike from the village of BanLuoc to Luoc commune. Then trnasfert by car to Thong Nguyen via the village of Nam Dich. Lunch at Thong Nguyen. Continuation motorcycle Thong Nguyen to Nam Hong village. Arriving at the village of Red Dao, medicinal herbs bath. Dinner and overnight at NamHong village.
Breakfast. Starting a walk from Nam Hong to ThongNguyen, or a motorbike ride. Possibility to visit the ThongNguyen market in Sunday. Rtransfert by car from Thong Nguyen to Thon Chi via XuanMinh and Tan Trinh villages, through beautiful landscapes of mountains and beautiful rice fields. Lunch in Bac Quang. Road to Thon Chi. Meteo : the rain starts in late May and becoming more intensive from June to August.
